Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched with tracking or fulfilment, the order can not be cancelled.
You are entitled to a refund 7 days from the date you received the goods providing the item or items are unopened and the seal or seals are in tact plus no damage has occurred.
In order to proceed for a refund, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. Return shipping must be provided by the buyer/customer.
